Peña Flamenca de Londres
Peña Flamenca de Londres is the UK’s oldest and largest flamenco club – a community arts group run by its members. We have been promoting flamenco since 1984. We put on shows at our venue on Cumberland Street in Pimlico and hold an annual feria event in the Spring. The Peña also runs courses, puts on juerga ‘open stage’ events and promotes flamenco culture across the UK. Members get reduced entry to our shows and other benefits but we also welcome non-members to our events. Our ‘Flamenco Update’ newsletter is the biggest mailing to flamenco fans in the UK.

We are very sad to announce the death of our beloved Chairman, Clive Crawford
Clive began volunteering with Peña Flamenca de Londres over thirty years ago, back when we were in Covent Garden. He worked behind the bar and in the kitchen and organising the committee – quietly getting on with all the things needed for our audience to enjoy great flamenco. Clive was a highly successful architect of innovative student housing and was a guitarist and an aficionado of flamenco and all things Spanish.
Our deepest sympathies go to Clive’s wife Ladan, also a committee member of our club, and to his children and grandchildren, many of whom have lent a hand to the keep the peña going over the years.
We intend to pay homage to Clive at a future show.
